For Goods with a manufacturing defect, request for replacement can be made within 12 days from the date of delivery. In case goods are not available for replacement funds will be transferred to your wallet account.

We will not approve goods return sold on single stores.
If a buyer has purchased products under any special discount scheme or special bundle package and return a product, the buyer shall be required to return all the products purchase under the special scheme or special bundle package to process a refund of order.
Buyers have 30 minutes to cancel their own orders, but you can cancel orders up until the minute that you ship. If you have not yet shipped and confirmed the order, you can cancel it in Manage Orders or by using an Order Cancellation feed.
RIIFT reserves the right to cancel or to refuse orders placed on its portal.
